Mayor Purzycki joined Woodlawn Trustees for a ribbon-slicing ceremony to celebrate the agency’s tenth inexpensive housing task

Wilmington Mayor Mike Purzycki joined Wealthy Przywara, CEO of Woodlawn Trustees, to slash a ribbon yesterday at 718 East 11th Street – element of the City’s historic Community Revitalization Approach declared earlier this year. The freshly rehabbed assets is the agency’s tenth done inexpensive housing undertaking, bringing Woodlawn Trustees halfway to its determination to renovate 20 vacant houses for qualified persons and people.
