Mayor Purzycki joined Woodlawn Trustees for a ribbon-slicing ceremony to celebrate the agency’s tenth inexpensive housing task

Wilmington Mayor Mike Purzycki joined Wealthy Przywara, CEO of Woodlawn Trustees, to slash a ribbon yesterday at 718 East 11th Street – element of the City’s historic Community Revitalization Approach declared earlier this year.  Renovated household at 718 East 11th Street

Woodlawn Trustees is happy to announce right now, the opening of 718 E. 11th Street, as the tenth done very affordable housing renovation less than Mayor Purzycki’ s recently publicized Community Strategy.  Under the grant announcement, Woodlawn Trustees will renovate 20 vacant residences to supply housing for people today and families at 80% of the place medium earnings.  This residence represents 50% of the venture overall has been achieved.
