Work has moved closer to completion since our previous update in June, with crews completing the dismantling the development elevator from the jap elevation going through Ninth Avenue. Two Manhattan West is now about 80 percent leased, anchored by legislation firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore, which will occupy 481,000 sq. feet. Other tenants consist of regulation firm Crowell & Moring with 71,000 sq. feet, accounting firm KPMG with 450,000 square feet—the biggest deal signed in Manhattan this year—hedge fund D.E.
