The Acquisition Expands International Designs’ Geographic Presence and Bolsters the Platform’s Suite of Product Offerings

ATLANTA, July 19, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–International Designs Group LLC (“International Designs” or “IDG”), a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital (“Mill Point”) and parent company of Cancos Tile & Stone LLC (“Cancos”), announced today that it has acquired Construction Resources Holdings LLC (“CR,” or the “Company”), a leading distributor of design-oriented surfaces materials, architectural specialty products and appliances.

CR is a leading value-added distributor of engineered quartz, natural stone, porcelain and tile surfaces, architectural specialty products and appliances in the Southeastern United States. The Company has an expansive distribution center, showroom and surfaces gallery and fabrication facility network with 30 locations across its core territories. CR’s product portfolio consist of an array of high-quality, proprietary and sought-after blue-chip products and brands, sourced from a global web of supply partners. The Company is headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
