SHARPSVILLE – Ryan and Son Plumbing was started 40 years ago by Bill Ryan. I enjoyed working with people and the challenge of solving different problems. Since I was born and raised in the Shenango Valley, I knew many of my customers and wanted to serve them well. I attended seminars and educated myself in the plumbing field. I obtained Pennsylvania and Ohio licenses and joined organizations dedicated to construction.
I believe plumbing helps to product the community and is a vital part of a healthy environment.
Our son, Patrick, was away on active duty in the Air Force while we were establishing the business. When Patrick joined us, he brought a new view to the business. We started to work toward providing more safety equipment with grab bars, non-slip surfaces on showers, Right Height toilets and special wing faucet handles. Recommending and prioritizing health and safety have been our focus in serving our customers.
Over the years, we have had many employees who have dedicated their time to servicing customers to the best of their ability. Patrick stayed with us and enlisted the expertise of a family friend, Corey Hunter. Although service calls took up much of the workday, we started doing small bathroom remodels. Customers were having difficulty getting into and out of their bathtubs. Another facet was assisting our veterans in their mobility needs. Patrick is a veteran and is able to help our aging veterans with the information needed for their remodel.
Our bathroom remodel focus has really taken off. We have experience and commitment to making each remodel safe and beautiful. We do it all – the design, the structure, the facilities and the safe environment. Each remodel is customized to the customers’ needs and preferences.
For Ryan and Son Plumbing, our Shenango Valley and adjacent areas are our top priority to improve and make safe and healthy with reliable products installed by skilled, courteous and reliable workers.
