‘RHONY’ alum Jill Zarin is losing no time ripping up her new $3.5 million house … a large amount of income for a fixer-upper, for the reason that she’s expending thousands and thousands renovating it.
She scooped up the Boca Raton mansion in July just after advertising the residence she lived in just a couple of miles away. Jill’s new 6,000 square foot house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bogs and 26-foot ceilings through — 26-foot ceilings … crazy!
Jill’s had a crew of building personnel shifting the household from its primary Mediterranean glimpse to a thing much more transitional.
She gutted the property and is incorporating a new chef’s kitchen … with a 5-foot galley workstation. You will find a brand new annex bar, marble Napoleon hearth and even personalized tennis-themed loos with racquet-patterned wallpaper.
Jill’s also ripping out all the marble floors and putting in new home windows, among several other things. She’s doing an exterior makeover as properly, which includes landscaping which will include things like the now-compulsory pickleball court.
As for the backyard, it will get an outside kitchen area and a new, massive pool.
